Key Responsibilities
• Support sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery
• Create and track purchase orders in SAP
• Follow up on pending deliveries and vendor commitments
• Assist in vendor evaluation and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements
* Document Control
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, review, and organize project and company documents
• Maintain a centralized and accessible document repository
• Control document revisions and ensure distribution of updated versions
• Prepare and track technical documents, drawings, and correspondence

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
