Open Positions & Qualifications

Brand Category Manager

This role is responsible for the full business performance of assigned beauty categories (Skincare, Makeup, Fragrance, and Haircare) across retail stores and e-commerce channels in the GCC.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Commercial Performance: Leading sales, margins, assortment, launches, and promotions.
    • Brand Management: Acting as a “Brand Custodian” and working closely with brand principals, buying, marketing, and retail operations.
    • Operations: Managing inventory productivity, vendor relationships, and pricing/promotion strategies.
    • Analysis: Performing regular reporting and analysis of brand performance.
  • Position Requirements:
    • Experience: At least 8+ years in Category Management, Buying, or Brand Management within retail.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
    • Industry Knowledge: Mandatory experience in beauty retail (skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare).
    • Preferred: Exposure to the GCC retail market is preferred but not mandatory.
